SUITABLE FOR:
For gluing and mounting many building materials on almost all surfaces, such as wood, (natural) stone, (aerated) concrete, metal, hard foam and various plastics. Suitable for indoor and outdoor applications, such as panels, ceiling elements, fascias, plasterboard, plate and insulation materials, mirrors, battens, skirting boards and laths. For all professional applications, such as facade and interior construction, residential, utility and bodywork construction.
NOT SUITABLE FOR:
Not suitable for PE, PP, PTFE, pure plaster, and bitumen. When gluing plastic, always carry out an adhesion test first. The adhesion to plastic can vary depending on the type of plastic and the quality of the plastic.
Features and strengths
- Very high initial tack
- Very fast strength build-up
- Permanently elastic
- Very good filling capacity
- Good stance
- non-shrink; 100% glue
- Solvent-free
- No edge zone pollution
- Weather resistant
- Temperature resistant from -40°C to +100°C
- Paintable
- Hardening approx. 2 mm/24 hours
FOR USE:
Processing conditions
The temperature of the environment, the adhesive and the materials to be glued must not fall below +5°C.
Surface requirements
Parts must be clean, free of dust and grease. Provide a solid surface. Substrate may be slightly damp. No need to use primer.
Tools
Caulking gun and rubber mallet.
Preparation product
Before use, open the tube at the top by cutting off the plastic nipple above the screw thread with a sharp knife. Then attach the nozzle and cut it at an angle (opening min. Ï 5 mm).
Consumption
1 tube produces approx. 7-9 meters of glue.
WHEN USING:
Dealing with packaging
Process only with the special supplied nozzle.
Instructions
Apply glue evenly, depending on the weight of the material, every 10 to 40 cm in vertical stripes or dots. Always apply glue to corners and along edges. Interaction of materials (façade panels) can be compensated by a glue thickness of 3 mm (use spacers or tape). Mount materials immediately with a sliding movement and press or tap firmly. Correction is still possible. Close the tube properly immediately after use.
Points of attention
The drying times below are based on the bonding of at least one porous material and an adhesive layer with a thickness of approx. 1 mm. Considerably longer drying times must be taken into account when bonding two non-porous materials and/or a thicker adhesive layer.
AFTER USE:
Stains/residue
Remove wet adhesive residue immediately with turpentine. Dried glue residues can only be removed mechanically.
Storage conditions
Store dry in closed packaging between +5°C and +25°C.
