Thanks to the color difference between red and yellow slimBits, it can be seen at a glance at which force level the speedE® II must be used to prevent material damage. The shank diameter of traditional electrician's screwdrivers is often too large to reach deep-lying screws. However, removing the insulation is not permitted and also endangers your own safety. With the Wiha slimTechnology specially developed for electrical applications, the insulation is integrated into the shaft to enable shafts to be up to 33% slimmer. For example, the Power slimBits can also be used to effortlessly reach deep-lying screw and spring elements. The insulated Power slimBits are subjected to a 100% test in accordance with the international standard IEC 60900 and enable safe working close to live parts up to 1,000 V AC. In addition, the Power slimBits are stored in a handy bit box, which guarantees an optimal view of the screw profiles. The yellow Power slimBits were specially designed for combination with the new speedE® II electric screwdriver.
