Precise and safe working – and with twice as much power: no problem for the Wiha BiCut® electric side cutters. When the normal capacity of a power side cutter is no longer sufficient, a simple push of a button is enough to double it. In normal use, the BiCut® effortlessly cuts things like cables or iron nails. For extremely hard and thicker materials, the patented hinge construction turns the power side cutter into a side cutter with high cutting power. This function is not only suitable for cutting extremely hard materials, but also for users who perform normal cutting work for a longer period of time. Due to the double cutting force, 50% less manual force is required. In this way, muscles and tendons can be spared more. The risk of cramping or slipping due to high effort is significantly reduced. In addition, the handle backs are extra wide and the hard and soft parts of the handles are optimally adapted to the ergonomics of the human hand. The high-performance diagonal cutter is produced in accordance with the international standard IEC 60900 and is therefore approved for work on live parts up to 1,000 V AC.
