Payment options

Pay at Mastertools.nl

To be able to process payments from various providers, we use a payment provider. Mastertools.nl uses Pay.nl to handle payment. After clicking on "checkout" in the last step of the procedure, you will be forwarded to either the platform of the method you have chosen, or to our payment provider Pay.nl. Information about Pay.nl can be found here .

Pay with iDeal

The fastest and most convenient way to pay for your order is iDeal. Do you choose iDeal? You will be forwarded to your bank through a secure connection. You can then complete the transaction in the familiar internet banking environment of your bank. The biggest advantage is that an iDeal payment is processed immediately and there is no delay. Payment via iDeal is also safe and free.

AfterPay

AfterPay carries out the entire post-payment process for Mastertools. This means that you will receive a digital giro collection form from AfterPay via e-mail to make the payment. When you make a payment via AfterPay, there is a maximum limit of € 2500 for this transaction. When the AfterPay transaction has been completed, your order will be processed further and there will be no delay. It is possible that the maximum amount is slightly lower than indicated. This is due to the possible testing that AfterPay applies. AfterPay applies additional conditions, which can be read here .

When we ship your package, you will receive the invoice from AfterPay approximately three days later. Haven't received an invoice after one week? Then contactAfterPay .

AfterPay Business

Business customers can, in the case of a first transaction, pay an amount of € 250 via AfterPay. If your company is already known to AfterPay, the amount is increased to € 1000.

What else you need to know about AfterPay

AfterPay will check your personal data (or company data) and reserves the right to refuse an application. AfterPay applies a strict privacy policy as described in its privacy statement . In the unlikely event that your request for payment with a digital invoice is not authorized, you can of course pay for the product to be purchased with a different payment method. Mastertools is not informed about the reason for the rejection and you should contact AfterPay customer service for an explanation.Contact details AfterPay

Pay in installments with SprayPay

With SprayPay – Payment in installments it is possible to pay your order in 12,18, 24 or 36 monthly installments. Do you want to pay off earlier or extra? This can always be done without penalty. So you have a grip on the term. Payment in installments is possible at Mastertools.nl from €250 and up to €5,000.

To use the SprayPay payment method, you must complete the following steps:

Do you want to pay off earlier or faster? Which can! If you want to make extra repayments, please contact SprayPay's customer service. SprayPay then sends an IDEAL link by e-mail with which the repayment can be made. There are no costs or penalties associated with early repayment. So you can always pay off without penalty.

Credit card

Mastertools also accepts Dutch credit cards. You can pay with us with Mastercard and Visa via a secure connection. Credit card payments are free of charge and your payment is processed immediately, so there is no delay. Credit card payments are subject to a number of extra checks to prevent fraud. You pay via a secure connection.

PayPal
Also a commonly used payment option for online transactions is PayPal. To use this you must have a valid PayPal account. You can choose to deposit money in advance into your PayPal account or authorize PayPal to debit the amount to be paid from your bank account. You can also link PayPal with a credit card. A PayPal payment is processed immediately and your order is not delayed. Paying via PayPal is free for you. Paypal has additional terms and conditions, which can be read here .

Transfer
Transfer is done through our partner Pay.nl. After you have opted for a transfer and placed the order, you will be forwarded to the Pay.nl website, which contains all the necessary payment details. You will also receive all payment details via email from Pay.nl. Your order will be shipped as soon as possible after Pay.nl has processed the payment.

Pay when you pick up Mastertools
Did you not pay the payment online? Then you can pay with the PIN when picking up. It is also possible to pay in cash. Credit cards are not accepted for cash payment. These can only be used with an online payment.

Pay with Mister Cash
With MisterCash, Belgian account holders can make online purchases using their bank card. Safety and reliability are guaranteed. Belgian customers who bank with the banks: Dexia, Fortis, ING, FINTRO, KBC, CBC, AXA bank and VDK Spaarbank can easily make online payments via MisterCash/Bancontact. Payment via Mister Cash is free of charge and will not cause any delay.

My payment failed or was declined

It may take a while for a payment to be processed. If the order via the site seems to have been processed properly, it may take up to an hour before you receive our confirmation by e-mail. Normally this is faster. If the payment has actually failed, this can have various causes. The most common reasons are as follows:

  • Insufficient funds; make sure you have sufficient funds in your account.
  • Day limit reached; increase your limit or wait a day.
  • Malfunction at the bank; check the status on www.allestoringen.nl
  • Malfunction at iDeal; check the status at www.allestoringen.nl/ideal
  • AfterPay payment is not completed correctly; the payment has been refused on the basis of reasons unknown to us. Contact AfterPay: 020 723 0270
  • Credit card is not accepted; contact your lender. Note: Mastertools only accepts Dutch credit cards.

Credit cards and AfterPay are tested more heavily than the other payment methods, in order to prevent fraud. If a credit card or AfterPay transaction is refused, you must contact the lender/AfterPay. Mastertools has no insight into the reasons for refusal in connection with your privacy. If you are unsure or cannot find out the current status, please feel free to contact our customer service. Invoices

Mastertools has different types of invoices. For the Dutch customer there is the normal invoice with VAT. Belgian customers will receive, provided they have a valid intra-Community VAT number, processed as such in our system and delivered in Belgium, an invoice with VAT exemption.

When we have processed your return, you will receive a credit invoice for accounting by e-mail. When payment is made via AfterPay, we will process the return in our system. Our system will communicate this with the AfterPay system, so that the credit invoice is eventually emailed by AfterPay. Any amount to be refunded is also taken care of by AfterPay.

Refunds

When we make a refund, our payment provider Pay.nl usually processes this within one to two working days. This applies to both the refund upon cancellation, refund upon return or a refund upon settlement .

The period of one to two working days starts on the day that the credit invoice or cancellation confirmation is received (with the exception of AfterPay).
