I have a complaint, how do I make it known?
If you have a complaint about our products or service, you can contact us via the contact form. You will receive a substantive response from us within 14 days of receipt of your complaint. If you are not satisfied with the handling of your complaint, you can also submit it to the Thuiswinkel Disputes Committee ( https://www.degeschillencommissie.nl ) or to this Disputes Committee via the European ODR Platform ( https://ec.europa. eu/consumers/odr )
What data is used/stored by Mastertools?
We have described the data we use in our privacy statement. Mastertools complies with GDPR legislation and will handle your personal data with the utmost care. We only use the necessary data to be able to send the order. The privacy statement can be found here .
Can I also delete my account?
It is not possible to do this yourself. If you are sure that you want to delete your account, you can send us an e-mail with the request to delete your data. We store certain data that is necessary for processing an order, including warranty. After that, we store data for a maximum of one year for the statistical purposes described in our privacy statement. The data will then be deleted, unless there is a legal obligation that requires longer storage (such as the seven-year fiscal retention obligation for payment data).
