Makita NLADML810 Battery Construction lamp / Ambient lamp

Ambient light that operates on 14.4 V / 18 V LXT batteries or on 230 V mains power . The NLADML810 has 202 bright LEDs with an output of 40.4 watts. The LEDs distribute the light evenly over the entire room through a light-diffusing hood. Ideal for outdoor locations with low light, or work at dusk and at night. It is possible to place 2 LXT batteries in the lamp at the same time. This extends the life of the lamp. The lamp also works on 1 battery.

The ambient light has 3 brightness levels :

• Mode 1 (low): 1,500 lumens. Tool life 18 hours (on 2x LXT BL1860)
• Mode 2 (center): 3,000 lumens. Tool life 8.5 hours (on 2x LXT BL1860)
• Mode 3 (high): 5,500 lumens. Tool life 4 hours (on 2x LXT BL1860)

The Makita NLADML810 illuminates 360 degrees, but can also be set to illuminate 180 degrees left or 180 degrees right. This is done via the large rubber control buttons on the front. The lamp is splash and dust resistant and the innovative design makes the ambient lamp resistant to impact. The lamp then automatically springs back upright. The construction lamp is equipped with reflective strips on the side. As a result, the lamp is also clearly visible in dark conditions (for example when the lamp is switched off).

When the batteries are almost empty, the lamp indicates with a light signal that the batteries need to be replaced or recharged. The lamp then dims except for the top row of LEDs. After about 10 minutes, this lamp switches off completely. It is possible to connect up to eight of these lamps in series on mains power. This can be done with the included mains adapter. The mains adapter can be easily stored by means of 2 hooks on the side of the machine.

The lamps are equipped with a fuse to prevent overload. The batteries can be stored waterproof in the lamp. It is possible to lock this space with a lock (lock is not included as standard).
