Special characteristics

• Makita HSS-Cobalt drills according to DIN 338. Drills consist of alloyed HSS steel with 5% cobalt. The quadruple drill point makes pre-drilling up to 10 mm unnecessary. This drill is excellent for tough and hard steels. It is recommended to use coolant with hard steels. The receiving shank corresponds to the drill diameter. Drill color: bronze. Suitable for drilling in alloyed and unalloyed steel, stainless steel (V2A/V4A), cast iron, cast steel.
