The fully certified TorqueVario®-S VDE torque system offers controlled screwdriving and at the same time safety in electrical applications. The tool set includes an ergonomically shaped torque screwdriver handle with integrated numerical scale, 15 slimBits, a bit holder and the setting tool. All components are conveniently and clearly arranged in a high-quality, sturdy case. The VDE torque screwdriver covers a wide range of applications with its variably adjustable torque range of 0.8-5.0 Nm. The clearly audible and tactile signal when the torque is activated guarantees a torque technique with high process reliability, which prevents material damage and rework. With an activation accuracy of +/- 6%, the torque tool meets the requirements of EN-ISO 6789. The insulated ClicFix bit holder ensures a reliable grip on the 75 mm long slimBits thanks to the mechanical shaft lock. Both the torque screwdriver and the slimBits are 100% tested in accordance with the international standard IEC 60900 and enable safe working on live parts up to 1,000 V AC.
