At Mastertools you always pay including VAT, this applies to both private and business customers. Customers with a delivery address outside the Netherlands can pay without VAT. For this, a valid VAT number must be entered when ordering. You will then be charged automatically without VAT. You can pay at Mastertools in the way that is most convenient for you. Below you will find the accepted payment options.

Pay with iDeal

The fastest and most convenient way to pay for your order is iDeal. Today, this payment option is used for the majority of all online transactions. When you choose this option you will be forwarded to your bank through a secure connection. You can then complete the transaction in the familiar internet banking environment of your bank. The biggest advantage is that an iDeal payment is processed immediately and there is no delay. Payment via iDeal is also safe and free.

AfterPay

AfterPay

AfterPay carries out the entire post-payment process for Mastertools. This means that you will receive a digital giro collection form from AfterPay via e-mail to complete the payment. When you make a payment via AfterPay, there is a maximum limit of € 2500 for this transaction. When the AfterPay transaction has been completed, your order will be processed further and there will be no delay.

AfterPay business

Business customers can, in the case of a first transaction, pay an amount of € 500 via AfterPay. If your company is already known to AfterPay, the amount is increased to € 1000.

AfterPay what else you need to know

AfterPay will check your personal data (or company data) and reserves the right to refuse an application. AfterPay applies a strict privacy policy as described in its privacy statement . In the unlikely event that your request for payment with a digital invoice is not authorized, you can of course pay for the product to be purchased with a different payment method. Mastertools is not informed about the reason for the rejection and you should contact AfterPay customer service for an explanation.

Credit card

Mastertools also accepts Dutch credit cards. You can pay with us with Mastercard and Visa via a secure connection. Credit card payments are free of charge and your payment is processed immediately, so there is no delay. Credit card payments are subject to a number of extra checks to prevent fraud. You pay via a secure connection.

PayPal

Also a commonly used payment option for online transactions is PayPal. To use this you must have a valid PayPal account. You can choose to deposit money in advance into your PayPal account or you can authorize PayPal to debit the amount to be paid from your bank account. You can also link PayPal with a credit card. A PayPal payment is processed immediately and your order is not delayed. The costs for a PayPal transaction are 3% of the amount to be paid.

Transfer

Transfer is done through our partner Pay.nl. After you have opted for a transfer and the order has been placed, you will be redirected to the Pay.nl website where all your payment details are listed. You will also receive all payment details by email from Pay.nl. Your order will be shipped as soon as possible after Pay.nl has processed your payment.

Pay when you pick up Mastertools

If you have not paid for the order online, you can pay with cash or PIN upon collection. Credit cards are not accepted for cash payment. Credit cards can only be used for online payment.

Pay with Mister Cash

With Mister Cash, Belgian account holders can make online purchases using their bank card. Safety and reliability are guaranteed. Belgian customers who bank with the banks: Dexia, Fortis, ING, FINTRO, KBC, CBC, AXA bank and VDK Spaarbank can easily make online payments via MisterCash/Bancontact. Payment via Mister Cash is free of charge and will not cause any delay.

Giropay

Giropay is the online payment platform of German banks. This allows German customers to checkout without delays. Paying with Giropay is free of charge.

Sofort

Sofort is an international payment system from Klarna. Customers from 13 European countries can use it to make direct payments. A payment with Sofort is free of charge and there will be no delay because the payment is processed immediately.

My payment failed/refused

It may take a while for a payment to be processed. If the order via the site seems to have been processed properly, it may take up to an hour before you receive our confirmation by e-mail. Normally this is faster. If the payment has actually failed, this can have various causes. The most common are listed below:

Insufficient funds; make sure you have sufficient funds in your account.

Daily limit reached; increase your limit or wait a day.

Malfunction at the bank; check the status on www.allestoringen.nl
