Return order

Can I return my products?

Of course products can be returned. These should be as new as possible. This means that the original packaging is still present and there is no excessive tape on the packaging. When the product is unused and the original packaging is present and undamaged, the entire purchase amount will be refunded. If the product has been used and/or the packaging is not present or damaged, we can apply a value reduction. See more about this under the heading: ''Why do I get back less than I paid''.

How does the return work?

If you wish to cancel a purchase, you must notify us of this within 14 days of receipt. This can be done via e-mail: customerservice@mastertools.nl , or via our contact form. When you first inform us that you want to cancel the purchase, you have another 14 days from that moment to actually return the product. You can also choose to return the purchase without prior notification, the purchase must then be returned within 14 days of receipt. You can choose to use the withdrawal form . You must print this and send it with the return shipment. If you do not have a printer, the packing slip or invoice with the comment "return" is sufficient. Please note the following when returning:

  • When the product has been used and/or the original packaging is not present or damaged, the full purchase amount will not be refunded. For more information, see the section: ''Why do I get back less than I paid''.
  • Keep the proof of shipment until the order has been received and processed by Mastertools. With this you can prove that the shipment has been delivered.
  • If you have opted for a payment method afterwards, the financing agreement will automatically be dissolved.

The costs and responsibility for the return are for the customer. The following costs are associated with returns:

When can I expect my refund?

When we have received the return shipment, we try to process it within two working days. We will refund the entire purchase amount (including any shipping and payment costs) as soon as possible. However, this can take up to 14 days after receipt of the cancellation notice. We may too
withhold reimbursement until we have received the products, or until you have demonstrated that you have sent them. When the purchase amount has been refunded, you will receive a separate e-mail. Our payment provider then needs about three working days to refund the purchase amount.

If you have not received a refund after 14 days, please contact us.

Why do I get back less than I paid?

If you get less money back, this is because the product was not returned in its original condition within the return period. Return shipments of used products that are returned outside the return period will be refused.

You may of course view and activate an item as you would when you buy an item in a physical store, but an item may not be used. If this does happen, we will charge the depreciation of the item. This is a maximum of 40% of the purchase amount.

The product's depreciation is based on three things:

  • To what extent the product has been used or damaged.
  • What is the condition of the original packaging
  • The completeness of the product.

In addition, € 12.00 incl. VAT will be charged for the costs we incur to resell the product. Think of taking clear pictures and the description of the product for the website. These costs are deducted together with the depreciation.

Can I exchange my order?

Unfortunately it is not possible to exchange.
