Delivery Options and Delivery Times

  • Home delivery via PostNL
    You can choose a day and a part of the day when you complete the order. In some cases, multiple options such as evening delivery and delivery to neighbors are available. Optional are "evening delivery" and "do not deliver to neighbors". You can find the additional price for this under the heading "What are the delivery costs?" Below.
  • Pick up at PostNL pick-up location
    If you cannot be present at a delivery address for a whole day, it may be useful to choose a PostNL pick-up location. The shipment is (if in stock) ready to be picked up near you the next day from 3:00 PM.
  • Portena (Bulstra, special transport)
    If the shipment is too large and/or too heavy for regular transport, Portena will take care of the delivery. Portena will send you a Track & Trace email with the delivery indication on the day of delivery. Due to the nature of the transport, it is not possible to choose a part of the day when completing the order for a delivery delivered by Portena. After placing the order, it is possible to contact customer service for a delivery preference. If no preference is expressed, we assume the next delivery option. This will usually be the next business day. Pallet shipments can be delivered within 24 hours within the Netherlands. Please contact customer service for this. For customers outside the Netherlands and the Wadden Islands, a delivery time of 48 hours applies.

Track & Trace says the package has been delivered, but nothing has been received

If PostNL indicates that the shipment has been delivered, but the shipment has not been received, this can be reported to our customer service. We will contact PostNL, after which they will start an investigation to find the missing package. This investigation may take several to several working days. As long as this investigation is ongoing, we cannot send a new shipment.

It is possible that the driver has forgotten to put a note in the mailbox that the shipment is with the neighbors. If that is the case, this will emerge from the investigation. In this case you will receive the house number from us where you can still pick up the package.

If PostNL's investigation shows that the driver has delivered the package and you indicate that this is not the case, PostNL will want to receive a completed acknowledgment of receipt from you. In addition to this statement, we need a report from you in which you reported the missing person to the police in your place of residence. When the investigation is completed, the order will be sent again.
