I want to exchange my order
If you wish to exchange a delivered product, please report this to our customer service as soon as possible. You can exchange your order up to two weeks after delivery. Please note the following when returning:
The product is unused and in new condition. If this is not the case, we can charge you for any reduction in value or refuse the return;
The original packaging (if applicable) is as neat as possible (no Duct Tape or excessive use of adhesive tape on the original packaging);
The costs for returning are for the customer.
Consequences of the withdrawal
If you revoke the agreement, you will receive all payments you have made up to that point, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) immediately and in any event no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. If you only return part of your order, the costs for delivery will not be refunded. You pay the return shipment yourself, unless otherwise agreed. We will pay you back with the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction. No costs will be charged for a refund. We reserve the right to withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
The consumer is liable for any reduction in value of the product if this is a result of the way in which the product is handled that goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product. In short, if the product has been used or unpacked more than one would do in the physical store to determine the functioning of a product. In these cases we will determine to what extent there is a reduction in value and may not reimburse the full purchase amount.
I want to return my order
If you wish to cancel a purchase, you must notify us of this within two weeks of receipt, starting on the day after the day you received your purchase. You can do this by e-mail: customerservice@mastertools.nl. If you first inform us that you wish to cancel the purchase, you have another 14 days from that moment to actually return the product. You can also choose to return your purchase without prior notification, but you must return the purchase within 14 days of receipt. If you do not meet this term, the purchase is binding and you cannot return the order. You can choose to use the withdrawal form. You must print this and send it with the return shipment. If you cannot print this, a copy of the packing slip or invoice with the remark "return" is sufficient. As long as we can identify the shipment upon arrival. Please note the following when returning:

The costs and responsibility for the return are for the customer. A package shipment via PostNL is possible from €6.75 for a package up to 10 kg. Sending a package above 10 kg costs € 13.00 via PostNL. In the Netherlands you pay approximately €45 excl. VAT for a 1/2 pallet and approximately €60 excl. VAT for a 1/1 pallet. In Belgium you pay €60 excl. VAT for a 1/2 pallet and €75 excl. VAT for a 1/1 pallet.
Mastertools does not organize and facilitate return transport.
We process the refund as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days.
Discontinued:
In case a product is sold out, we will refund the full purchase price in consultation or you can choose another product from our range.
