Stock status general*

When a product has the status "in stock", you can assume that at least 1 piece of the product is immediately available. If you want to order more and want to be absolutely sure that the quantities you want are actually available, we advise you to verify this by contacting customer service.


Delivery time general*

The delivery times used by Mastertools are always indicative. We will always strive to comply with the indication. However, in some cases, the indication can be deviated from and the delivery can take place later because, for example, an item is not in stock at a manufacturer, or due to the intervention of a national or international holiday. We try to deal with this as best as possible and will keep you informed when a new delivery time is announced.

Delivery time statement

Ordered before 12:00, delivered today
If you place the order before 12:00 PM, it will be delivered to you the same working day between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM via Red Je Pakketje.

Order before 4:00 PM, shipped today
Delivery within 24 hours between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM by Bulstra. Delivery of products with this addition is only possible on working days. Ordering on Friday results in some cases in delivery on Monday. For a Belgian delivery address, delivery is usually within 48 hours.

Ordered before 22:00/23:59, delivered the same day
Orders placed before 22:00 will be delivered the next day (if in stock) by PostNL. Orders placed between 10:00 PM and 11:59 PM will be delivered the next working day. The following applies to Saturdays: orders placed before 21:00 are delivered by PostNL on Monday. Orders placed between 10:00 PM and 11:59 PM will be delivered the next working day. Via PostNL you can choose a day and part of the day when completing your order. If you choose delivery at a PostNL pick-up location, the order can usually be picked up the next day (except Sunday) from 3:00 PM.

Shipping in X business days
The product must be ordered from the manufacturer. The delivery time is usually two to fourteen working days. However, this is always an indication and not a fixed fact. If you want certainty, you can contact customer service, then the manufacturer will be contacted about the current delivery time.

For all delivery options, we always strive to deliver to you as stated. There may be a delay due to force majeure.

Part deliveries are possible, but we only do this on request. In some cases (extra) shipping costs may be charged. You will be informed about this in advance. To request a partial delivery, please send an email to customer service: customerservice@mastertools.nl . When an order is substantial and the condition for free shipping has been met at least twice, Mastertools may decide to make a partial delivery for you.

Which delivery options can I choose?

Home delivery via PostNL
You can choose a day and a part of the day when completing your order. In some cases, multiple options such as evening delivery and delivery to neighbors are available. Optional are "evening delivery" and "do not deliver to neighbours" (surcharge).

Pick up at PostNL pick-up location
If you are not present at a delivery address all day, it may be useful to choose a PostNL pick-up location. Your shipment will be ready to be picked up near you the next day from 3:00 PM (if in stock).

Pick up at Mastertools in Groningen
We offer the option to pick up your order at our location. You can choose this when completing your order. You will receive an email as soon as the order is ready for you. Pick up at our location is possible on working days between 09:00/12:00 and 13:00/16:00. Click here for our contact details.

Save Your Package (Same Day Delivery)
When you place the order before 12:00, you have the option to have it delivered the same working day. Your package will be delivered the same day (if available) between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM. The Same Day Delivery service is provided by Red Je Pakketje. When this delivery option has been chosen, you will receive an e-mail with the delivery indication in the afternoon, between 4:00 PM and 4:45 PM. This is accurate to within 30 minutes. This option is only available for shipments within the Netherlands, excluding the Wadden Islands. Note: Shipments with an order value above 250 eu incl. VAT can not be sent with Same Day Delivery.

Bulstra (special transport)
If your shipment is too large and/or too heavy for regular transport, Bulstra will take care of the delivery. Bulstra will send you a Track & Trace email with the delivery indication on the day of delivery. Due to the nature of the transport, it is not possible to choose a part of the day when completing the order for a delivery delivered by Bulstra. In consultation with the Mastertools customer service, it can be examined whether a specific wish can be met. It is wise to discuss this with customer service before completing the order. If no preference is expressed, we assume the next delivery option. This will usually be the next working day. Pallet shipments can be delivered within 24 hours within the Netherlands. A surcharge applies for a pallet delivery during the weekend. Please contact customer service for this. For customers outside the Netherlands and the Wadden Islands, a delivery time of 48 hours applies.

I missed the delivery person, what now?

PostNL
If you have missed the delivery by PostNL at the address you specified, a second delivery attempt will follow the next day. After that, the driver can try to deliver the shipment to the neighbours. If this fails, your order will be delivered to the nearest PostNL collection point, where you can collect the shipment at a time that suits you. Your shipment will remain here for 7 days. You can find the current status on the Track & Trace page belonging to your order. It is also possible to change the delivery via Track & Trace (after the first delivery attempt), for example to an evening delivery or another PostNL collection point. This may entail additional costs, which you pay directly to PostNL.

Save Your Package (Same Day Delivery)
If you have missed the delivery by Red Je Pakketje at the address you specified, a second delivery attempt will follow the next day in the evening. If a second attempt also fails, the driver can decide to deliver the shipment to the neighbours. However, given the time of day, the driver may decide not to do this. If this is the case, it is best to contact Red Je Pakketje directly. Of course you can also contact Mastertools' customer service.

Bulstra
If you have missed the delivery by Bulstra to the address you specified, a second delivery attempt will follow the next day. If it concerns a pallet shipment, this will not be done during the weekend, but the next working day. If the shipment cannot be delivered to the delivery address for the second time, the shipment will be returned to Mastertools.
