Missed a delivery from PostNL

If the delivery by PostNL is unsuccessful, your package will be delivered to the nearest PostNL point the next working day. The package can then be picked up from 15:00. The shipment will remain at the PostNL point for 7 days, if it is not collected it will be returned to Mastertools. Missed a delivery from Portena (Bulstra)

In the event of a failed attempt, you will receive a ticket on the bus, which contains all the information you need to contact Portena, so that you can schedule another day for a second delivery. If there is no response to the KIB (card in the bus) within three days, the shipment will be returned to the sender.
